Some families know a great deal about their roots; others know very little. This site is an attempt to record what I've learned about our family history. In these modern times, families tend to be scattered all over the country, if not the world. One of the goals of this web site is to help our family stay connected even though we live far apart.
My Mother was the Youngest of 7 daughters, 5 of which were my Grandfather's; The 2 oldest Daughters were from my Grandmother's first marriage from which she was left a Widow; I was raised by my Aunt, who was the 3rd. from the youngest Daughter. I grew up in an atmosphere of many Aunts and Cousins and alot of extended Family. My Aunt and Grandmother were the Family Genealogists; although the original records were lost upon the Death's of both Women, I have striven to restore as much as I possibly can of these records.
